JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the project(s)
  • Learn details about product and offerings and update customer information in the database
  • Answer questions about project(s) or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and track and document calls and sales
  • Keep a strong follow up of interested clients
  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
  • Direct prospects to the team lead when needed
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Strictly abiding by the rules and policies of the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Proven record of met quota
  • Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal communication skills on the phone
  • Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM (Customer Resource Manager) software
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to projections
